If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you. We allow exchanges for the same item only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving your shipment.
Please note that items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and received by Hoonigan within 7 days of return authorization.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned items and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand that items may not be returned or exchanged in person at The Hoonigan Store, Tire Slayer Studios, or Hoonigan events.
If there is a defect with your item, we will fully exchange it and cover the cost of return shipping.

Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5:30pm PST, Monday – Friday.
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification.
Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can request a cancellation. Once shipped, it needs to go through the returns process.
