ShartKart Gets Welded up: Bash Bar, Charge Pipe, and Other Party Supplies

Now that ShartKart is making good power (over 200whp!), we have to make sure it's ready to party. That means adding a bash bar, intercooler, dashboard, and a whole menu of other little things to be welded up. Thankfully, when you get Danger Dan a new welder, he gets pretty hyped up to build things.
